HOUSE HISTORY

This 100 year old (plus) fully restored Victorian is alive with history. The Tinker House once belonged to the founding family of what is now known as Long Beach Washington. It fell into disrepair and was moved to its present location closer to the beach, and was then totally renovated. The Tinker House was highlighted in the September 2003 issue of Country Discoveries Magazine "A beautifully restored historical Victorian home within walking distance to almost everything."

The Tinker House is beautifully appointed with antiques and period pieces, yet with all of the modern amenities that we have come to expect (laundry, kitchen with dishwasher and micro wave, soaking tubs, WIFI and satellite TV with DVD). 2 sunrooms, 4 bedrooms, with 4 baths, can sleep 10 comfortably. Outside enjoy the great full wrap around porch and outdoor fire pit.

Now add the Tinker Guest House (just across the courtyard) with it's large kitchen, three bedrooms and loft. The Tinker Guest House can easily sleep 8 people.

Put the two houses together and you can sleep up to 18 people - making it perfect for family reunions, small group retreats and board meetings.
