THE TINKER HOUSE: The house is beautifully appointed with antiques and period pieces, and all of the
modern amenities (laundry, dishwasher, micro wave, DVD player, WIFI, and satellite TV). Kitchen,
2 sunrooms, 4 bed rooms and 4 baths. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Outside enjoy the great full wrap around
porch and outdoor fire pit.
Now add the TINKER GUEST HOUSE just across the courtyard with it's large
kitchen, three bedrooms and loft; garage rec room with pool table, air hockey, and game area; and
you're ready for family reunions, small group retreats and board meetings. The Tinker Guest House
can easily sleep 8 people.
Together the two houses can sleep 18 people.
