No smoking in either house.
Minimum age to rent is 25.
Pets: No pets in The Tinker House. Tinker Guest House is pet friendly with $20
per night per pet fee.
Deposit: All rentals require a deposit
equal to one day’s rental & tax plus the cleaning fee (see above) to hold desired dates.
Balance due at
least two weeks before
occupancy.
Cancellation fee of $25 if canceled by email 60 days prior to reserved dates,
half of all deposits if less than 60 days before reserved date. All funds will be forfeited if cancellation is within two weeks of reserved dates, unless reserved property is rented to another party for the same amount of time and price. In case the rental is for less than the first party's reservation, the difference between the rental amounts will be deducted and balance will be returned within 30 days of the rental. In some cases reservations for another date may be substituted.

Pool table, air hockey, and game area in garage rec room in The Tinker Guest House.
Small BBQ, room for RV parking (extra fee if hooked up to electric &
water), and large parking area. Linens, bedding pillows, paper products and toiletries are provided.
